How does the free trial work?
Every subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial
ends, and you can cancel anytime before then in your Apple Account settings — Settings →
[your name] → Subscriptions.
Where do the fees come from?
CourtPulse monitors official court fee schedules (state and county court websites) every
day and reports the current published amount, its effective date, and a link back to the
source. Always confirm the current fee with the court before filing — fees can change
without notice and CourtPulse is not legal advice.
How do I follow a court?
Open any venue in the Directory tab and tap "☆ Follow." It'll appear under the "★ Mine"
tab, and you can scope the Changes tab to just your followed courts.
How do I report an outdated fee?
Open the venue in the Directory and tap "⚑ Report out of date" — include what looks wrong
and we'll re-check the source.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → CourtPulse → Cancel Subscription.
Subscriptions are managed entirely through your Apple Account.
